SS501 wins K-Chart Again
Having notched their first award for their new album promotions on Music Bank last week, could SS501 win it for the second week in a row?
There were two new entries in the top 3 this week for the K-Chart with Park Bom for You and I and 2PM with Tired of Waiting coming into the equation against SS501's Love Like This. Park Bom was not performing on the night.
And in the end, it was the SS501 boys who came out on top with their 2nd consecutive K-Chart win with a total of 10,813pts compared to 9,917pts and 7,523pts for 2PM and Park Bom respectively. Having been missing last week when they also won, the boys were finally around this time to claim their No.1 trophy.

Goo Hye Sun Birthday Party @ Manolin (11/09/09)
Some of the fans who were able to go to GHS's birhtday party at her cafe, found these facts:
1) GHS herself sometimes visits DCinside anonymously.
2) She is planning to focus on taking an acting role maybe by next summer.
3) She is suppose to have 3 main leads for her movie. Everything was ready to start at the end of October or beginning of November, but the reason her movie has been postponed is that one of the main leads decided not to take on the role.
Fans were not told who are the cast members yet, but DCinside was given one hint about one of the lead---an actor who was involved in a speeding scandal--- DC fans are maybe thinking it might be Lim Ji Gyu.

4) fact from fan who attended the party at Manolin GHS talked about her volunteer service. She said that, in the beginning, she used to just send money. When actually went to volunteer, she realized that what they really needed were people, not just money. The fan deeply felt that GHS is a sincere and warm person. Also, the fan hinted that GHS again may do volunteer work in December and there might be an opportunity to do volunteer work with GHS.
5) One fan came all the way from another country to celebrate GHS birthday. She was so nervous sitting so close to GHS that she would look down if GHS made eye contacts with her. The fan states that she could not believe how so pretty she is, even more so in real life. She thougt GHS might think her strange because she is just staring at GHS mesmerized by her, but that GHS was so nice to her and thanked her for coming from so far. This also melted her.

Hyun Joong’s Tony Moly CF
Two weeks ago we reported that SS501 leader and Boys Over Flowers star Kim Hyun Joong was modeling and filming a CF for the skin care product company, Tony Moly.
The filming for this CF reportedly wrapped up around 3 AM after many shoots. Although tiring, I'm sure Kim Hyun Joong didn't mind staying up late to be close to the beautiful model he co-stars with.

Ooops... MinSun Did it Again! Fan Vids at Kim Joon's Musical (10/21/09)
Ooops... MinSun Did it Again!
credit: leeminhovn@youtube.com
Seems like a surprise appearance is now becoming MinSun’s trademark. An unexpected sighting will never fail to escalate MinSun shippers’ spirit and send each one in a spontaneous combustion-like jubilation. Officially announced events such as BOF promos/interviews always create anticipation for more MinSun moments but MinSun’s personal and unannounced engagements (with a common friends and allies) generate a higher degree of euphoria.
Hats off to MinSun for bearing with the crowd’s probing eyes and unstoppable efforts to capture the moment with cams and vids. MinSun deserves some quiet and relaxed time together away from the public scrutiny. (Hopefully, they have that after the event.)

#9. Lee Min Ho's Irresistible Charm
It's a waste to just keep my favorite LMH photos in my files so I got "possessed" and made an MV
showing his mannerisms/fave facial expresions (love the lip action), fashion style and moments with his cute and adorable kiddie fans. My knees get weak each time I see these photos. Wish I can do much better in my next LMH MV.

Goo Hye Sun @ Pusan International Film Festival (PIFF) 10/08/09
From susamearica@soompi.com:
Not a whole lot in this vid. The MC's are talking about fashion and briefly mention the "boyish style" of Goo Hye Sun. I personally think she looks amazing! Sexy and tough and yet sweet. She always stands out! She was walking down with another director named Lee Moung Sae.
A very short article mentions that the well dressed lady is an actress Kim Bo Yun. But since this is an international film festival, I see many non-Asian faces as well there. Hopefully I will get more information about this festival. There are so many pix of her and her group walking the red carpet but hardly any information about why she is at PIFF, why she is walking down the red carpet with a director and an actor. But I love that she is getting such attention.

Actor Lee Min Ho looked somewhat shy when he entered into Pusan for the opening ceremony of PIFF.
An official of LMH's agency said "LMH hesitated a lot, when he was invited to PIFF" and added " Because he has not made any shoot for movie after 'My School ET', there was internal trouble in deciding whether he should come to Pusan or not. But due to the popularity of 'BOF', the drama of KBS 2TV for which LMH played the main character for the first time, we heard a lot of LMH's fans were gathering in Pusan to see LMH." For this reason, LMH decided his visit to Pusan and made time to stay there from his busy overseas schedule.
LMH is going to go through his schedule in PIFF with somewhat tight schedule of 1 night 2 days. The official said "We came here to Pusan with the idea to enjoy the film festival. We also consider fan services to reward the fans who supported 'BOF'."

Kim Bum: E-Live Guesting 1(0/03/09)
Kim Bum is a Big Hit in the Philippines
Many of you knew about Kim Bum visiting the Philippines to film a RC Cola CF with Maja Salvador and that he said his co-star was very pretty, but I never knew that Kim Bum was such a big star there.
Filipino fans helped Kim Bum becoming a trending topic on the popular social media site Twitter. Mainly because of his fan meeting, RC Cola Press Conference, and special guest appearance on the Philippine program "Entertainment Live." The hit drama Boys Over Flowers is also said to be a huge hit in the Philippines. With the Philippines still feeling the tragic effects from Typhoon Ketsana a few days ago, Kim Bum's visit hopefully gave some joy to his fans in the country. Kim Bum is probably very thankful that he has such great fans.

Updates on Lee Min Ho Events
English translated by loveminho.com
1. The man's clothing brand Trugen held LMH's fan signing event to celebrate the renewal opening of Gangnam shop.
Due to the crowd of fans gathered there early in the morning for the LMH's fan signing event held in Gangnam shop at 2 p.m on September 25, the surrounding area was paralyzed in traffic.
Not only his domestic fans but also overseas fans from aboard such as Thailand & Japan made us realize his hot popularity.
LMH's fans participated in the event wearing a mask spontaneously to avoid to be infected with the swine flu.
Also the people from Trugen made all efforts for the safety such as preparing masks and germicide for hands
Meanwhile, LMH showed thoughtful and warm consideration such as giving his autograph to a handicapped fan first.

2. "BOF" LMH had an Amaris LASEK surgery at the EOS eye clinic center.
He visited our eye clinic for the first time at the recommendation of his close friend JIW
His tall height and clear-cut face made our staff' hearts flutter.
His eyesight suddenly became poor in high school but he has lived inconveniently without glasses or contact lens.
So he was sometimes misunderstood because he knitted his eyes or he couldn't recognize a person walking from away.
Now he will not be misunderstood anymore since he got the Amaris LASEK surgery.^^
(Loveminho: I heard MH had an Amaris LASEK surgery in August.)

3. In October, LMH is expected to visit Singapore and Taiwan for the Etude House promotion as the exclusive advertising model.

In his first single event in Japan, he who has drawn a big attention as a next-generation top star is expected to meet his Japanese fanclub "Minoz JAPAN" and to show the behind story of the filming for the book "Travel with MINHO" & his mini live show "My Everything"
