T-Max another success?

After singing a hit-soundtrack for the hit-drama Boys Over Flowers, T-Max will this time take part in the soundtrack of the upcoming drama, God Of Study!

Their track is titled At Least Once (한번쯤은), and it is a modern rock style. Like Boys Over Flowers' Paradise, T-Max's track will be G.O.S' main theme song. Fans have got more reasons to anticipate as the soundtrack producers of the hit-drama You're Beautiful took part in T-Max's track. Composer Kim Jae Yang, who composed Lee Hong Gi's track Still (여전히), composed T-Max's track while Han Sung Ho, who composedPark Shin Hae's Without Words (말도 없이), wrote the song's lyric.

T-Max's agency Planet 905 stated:

The stories of 'Boys Over Flowers,' 'You're Beautiful' and 'God Of Study' are the same as they are all about teens' success, hope and love. They [T-Max] were able to take part in the OST of one of the most anticipated drama, God Of Study. We hope that T-Max's songonce again will help out God Of Study's success and popularity.

There have been comparisons that G.O.S's promotion pictures reminded people of Boys Over Flowers'. As people were anticipating to see G.O.S have success like Boys Over Flowers, they now have the same artist for their theme song! With T-Max and You'reBeautiful's producers taking part in the track, fans have got lots to anticipate for. Will T-Max have success like they had in Boys Over Flowers?

Kim Bum's 1st Japanese Single Goes #1 on J-Pop Charts

Actor Kim Bum’s 1st single album released in Japan is said to be doing very well in domestic online chart.

His first single ‘Christmas Eve’s Sky’ is gone up to #1 spot on various J-pop charts. The single features Kim Bum’s sweet vocals accompanied by a romantic melody and pretty lyrics, and has been well-received in Japan since it was released on 8th November.

And to commemorate his first single release and to celebrate Christmas , Kim Bum has also went down to Japan for a dinner show with 3,000 fans as an uprising Hallyu star.

Kim Bum’s company KingKong Entertainment said, “We didn’t expect the single to go up rankings on music charts so fast and even go up to #1 spot after it is released. The officials are also surprised with the results. And we would like to thank domestic fans. He will continue to work hard to bring good productions.”

Kim Bum is currently filming for MBC drama ‘A woman who still wishes to get married’ playing as couple with actress Park JinHee. The drama is set to air in 2010.

Christmas Present for Singapore Fans!

Goo Hye Sun's new short film stars her best friend

Actress Goo Hye-sun is directing her short film, " Magic " starring her best friend Seo Hyeon-jin!

The shooting will star mid-January.

The two have been friends since Seo has been in the girl group, Milky. The two have also worked together for another shrot film, "Fun Helper".

Seo will be the main female character as a pianist since the movie is about music.

The male actor has not bet chosen, yet.

Netizens want to see more of Kim Bum, not just his lean arms.

Kim Bum, who was cast in the hit TV show, “ Unstoppable High Kick(Season 1)” did not satisfy his fans when he appeared recently on “High Kick Through the Roof ” (Season 2).

Even before the start of season 2, the producers promised that Kim Bum would make a special appearance, i.e. showing off his toned physique. Of course, when passionate, “ Boys Over Flowers” fans got wind of this, they were anticipating Kim Bum would come back on the show with a banging body.

"남자다운 역할도 하고 싶고 멜로 연기도 하고 싶고. 휴∼ 하고 싶은 게 많아요. 하지만 아직은 어린 만큼 유쾌하고 밝은 드라마가 맞을 것 같아요."'꽃보다 남자'(이하 꽃남)로 스타덤에 오른 이민호는 15일 오후 대만 타이베이의 웨스틴 호텔에서 열린 기자회견에서 이같이 밝혔다. 기자회견은 이날 저녁 대만대학교 체육관에서 열리는 팬 미팅에 앞서 열렸다.

"I want to try a manly role and I want to try sad roles. Phew~ I have so many things I want to try. However, as I am still young, I think cheerful and bright drama is fitting." LMH, who rose to stardom with BOF, expressed this on the 15th at the press conference held at Taiwan Taiepei's Westin Hotel. The press conference was held before the fan meeting held in Taiwan University gymnasium that evening.

Actress Goo Hye Sun attended the year-end 2 colours party “Fresh Night! White Night!” sponsored by Tous Les Jours which is held at Club Volt located at Mapo-gu on December 15 at 6:30pm.

Goo Hye Sun's short film "Cheerful Caretaker" screened in 3rd China Int'l Film Festival

For the first time after her debut as a director, Goo Hye Sun has been formally invited to the overseas film association.

On December 16th, YG states that Goo Hye Sun has been invited to attend the 3rd China Mobile Film Association which will be held at Shim Chun si Shim Chun University on the 17th and the 18th.

This is her first formal invitation by another country's film association. Her short film will be shown on the 17th and Goo Hye Sun is planning leave for China in time to attend the screening.

Cheerful Caretaker, is a 14 minutes short film personally directed and written by Goo Hye Sun and is a story about human death. National movie lovers have shown much interest in Goo Hye Sun as she showed her film in (by invitation) PUSAN Asia Short Film Festival, Puchon International Film Festival, and Asiana International Short Film Festival.

Goo Hye Sun not only won the Audience Award at the Pusan Asia Short Film Festival but she also directed the trailer for the 7th Asiana International Short Film Festival and has received praise as one of the directors of the future.
