Kim Hyun Joong flung his remote after watching MKMF

On the 26th November episode of KBS2TV's Happy Together: Season 3, the guest-star list included SS501's Kim Hyun Joong and Kim Kyu Jong, as well as infamous comedian Lee Hyuk Jae. Kim Hyun Joong, in particular, had an interesting story to tell.

He first started by saying, "My ideal woman is Lee Hyori." Then as an afterthought added, "I've thrown my remote control at my TV one time because of her."

He continued, "I was watching TV when I saw T.O.P. and Hyori's performance at the MKMFs. When I saw him kissing her on the mouth, I got so angry that I just chucked my remote at the TV. I said I'd give up on her, but she's still my ideal girl."


He also talked about the episode of Family Outing he filmed alongside her, "Lee Hyori was still pretty without makeup. But I thought to myself, 'Wow, noona's gotten older. She's aged a bit,'" which garnered a lot of laughs from the guests and the audience alike.

I've heard quite a few quirky celeb stories, but I must admit that hearing about a celebrity throwing their remote at the TV is certainly a first. Is it weird that this reminds me of all those articles about people breaking their TVs after the Nintendo Wii came out?

I wonder how his poor TV is doing...

Kim Joon struck by H1N1 virus

Having been cleared of having H1N1 earlier in the month, it looks like Kim Joon cannot escape his fate as it was revealed late on 26th November that he has tested positive for H1N1. This brings to a total of 3 celebrities who have tested positive for H1N1 on the 26th, with earlier confirmed cases being SHINee's Taemin and MBLAQ's Thunder.

According to a representative from Planet 905, Kim Joon is now in hospital receiving treatment, which includes the taking of Tamiflu. His condition is currently stable although there's considerable impact to Kim Joon's upcoming broadcast schedule in Korea and overseas, including a 2D1N trip to the Philippines for a fanmeeting on the 30th.

With 30th November still a few days away, a decision will be taken soon accordingly, depending on Kim Joon's recovery speed and health condition.

Kim Bum’s New Movie “Flight” Will Be Delayed

We had reported earlier that Kim Bum's new movie, Flight had been slapped with a 19+ rating on the 27th because of extreme violence. It was reported later in the day that the airing of the movie, scheduled for 4th December, will now be delayed.

The target audience for the movie had been targeted at those aged 15 and above. But with the 19+ rating, it will shut the door to potential moviegoers, harming the box-office receipts.

To solve this issue, the movie production company, DDOL film will delay the premiere to 10th December instead, while it files a re-appeal against this decision during this period.

On the night of 27th November, there was a special media preview where lead actor, Kim Bum expressed, "I was kind of stunned when I heard about the rating restriction. Although there are some violent scenes in the movie, they are important and essential to show my character's feelings towards his first love. Ultimately, it's a movie that tells people to not lose hope in the face of adversity. I hope that more people are able to watch this movie."

Kim Bum’s “Flight” is rated RKim Bum’s “Flight” is rated R

Kim Bum's new movie, Flight, has been rated as a movie for audience aged 19 and older recently for extreme violence. In America, it would be considered a rated R film.

The movie's production company said, "The censorship board has decided that children and teenagers cannot see this movie. Because of this, all the fan girls of Kim Bum cannot see the movie and they are very angry at us.

We had expected it to be a 15+ audience movie.

We're very sorry because they've been waiting for this movie."

Since Kim Bum is such a heartthrob to teenagers, it's hard to believe he's in such an inappropriate movie. The movie hits theaters on December 3rd.

Thank God for the reporters who did stay behind to take pix and give more news about Andre Kim's Best Star Awards and Christmas Fantasy Show. According to the news link above (from Korea Economy's Ahn Sang Mi Reporter, 안상미 기자saramin@hankyung.com, on Nov. 27), about 200 people attended the event and that this is Andre KIm's 4th Best Star Awards event.

Total of 23 celebrities from acting to sports to other TV news personalities received Best Star Awards. Andre Kim's 'Atelier' is a huge 3300m2 property that Andre Kim built the last 1yr and 7 months. It is located in Gi-Heung, Kyung Gi Do. Supposedly the area was glamorously decorated.

200 attendees, not only actors, but also people from various entertainment industries like fashion and media, sounded VERY GOOD to me. By the way many reporters boycotted the event, I thought only the 23 recepients of the award attended the event.

What a relief and how nice to get more information!!!! .This Best Star Award sounds even more of an honor because Andre Kim chooses the person not just because of his/her successful career but because of who the awardee is as a whole person. GHS is a terrific person, isn't she!!!

I think by this time the BTS producer has already noticed MinSun closeness, how they always drift into their own world whenever they have the chance to. The camera always focus on them. SS501 wins K-Chart Again

Having notched their first award for their new album promotions on Music Bank last week, could SS501 win it for the second week in a row?

There were two new entries in the top 3 this week for the K-Chart with Park Bom for You and I and 2PM with Tired of Waiting coming into the equation against SS501's Love Like This. Park Bom was not performing on the night.

And in the end, it was the SS501 boys who came out on top with their 2nd consecutive K-Chart win with a total of 10,813pts compared to 9,917pts and 7,523pts for 2PM and Park Bom respectively. Having been missing last week when they also won, the boys were finally around this time to claim their No.1 trophy.

Kim Bum’s New Drama

After capturing the hearts of teenage girls with “Boys Over Flowers”, it’s time for the noonas.

Kim Bum will play Ha Min Jae in the upcoming MBC drama “The Woman Who Still Wants To Get Married” opposite to Park Jin Hee, whose character is Ha Min Jae’s senior by 12 years. In this drama Kim Bum is a student at Myung Mun University studying business administration, and he is a famous composer on the college streets.

In the drama, Ha Min Jae is a 24 year old college student who grew up with quarreling parents, and acts different from his age. He’s a “bad guy” who doesn’t believe in love. By an ill fate he meets the reporter Lee Shin Young, who is 12 years older than him, and eventually the two will develope a love that was meant to be. Kim Bum will transform into a romantic whose love is so sincere it will make all women envious.

Kim Bum has been called a workaholic after the various projects he did this year, such as “Boys Over Flowers”, “Dream”, and “Bisang”, and he has transformed from pretty boy to tough man and to host.

Park Jin Hee and Kim Bum are 11 years apart, and their acting as a couple has caught the attention of many. The producers for “The Woman Who Still Wants To Get Married” expressed that, “Kim Bum, who has grown a lot through his various projects, is a very charsmatic youth, and he will capture the hearts of many more women, as he has already gotten the anticipation of many noonas.”

As a second season to the 2004 drama “The Woman Who Wants To Get Married,” “The Woman Who Still Wants To Get Married” is about 36 year old women who seek out new lives.

The news reports that Goo Hye Sun is making a major revision to her script at this time and therefore the filming of her movie has been postponed. The news also reports that GHS plans to perfect her script before the end of the year and start the filming. One of GHS's close associate states that,

Her movie is a thriller among genius musicians. For this movie, she has completed not only the OST but many other things already. She received positive feedback for her short film. GHS is putting all her energy into her next project, the full-length movie.

This reporter reports that GHS plans to complete filming of her full-length feature by next spring. Until then she is forgoing all her activities.

This article sounds more realistic and more like GHS to me. But I still am not positive which reporter to believe. HanKook news may have more credibility. Again I cannot vouch for it. According to this news, we won't be seeing GHS in fansigning, Andre Kim show or maybe even CF's. Neverthless, she must have faced numerous obstacles to consider revising her script when I remember she announced maybe in summer that her script was ready already!

Goo Hye Sun Has No Plans For Acting Yet

Actress, musician, artist and director Goo Hye Sun has no plans for acting yet.

A representative from Goo Hye Sun's agency had a phone call with Newsen, stating:

"She is currently busy with editing her scenario for her first movie. She has to finish her scenario by next spring so until then, she will stop her acting activities. ... The movie is focused on the lives of music wannabes and it will be a thriller. Nothing is yet decided about the cast and budget. All of this will be decided after the scenario is finished. ... "

Goo Hye Sun's first album Breath will be included in the movie as a soundtrack (OST). After finishing Boys Over Flowers, she has been getting a lot of offers but she kindly refused so that she can work on her scenario 100%."

Last October, Goo Hye Sun got recognized as a true director after she directed her short film, The Cheerful Caretaker. She is finally working on a full movie! Although it is unfortunate that we won't be seeing her anytime soon, at least everyone's got something to be excited for. Aren't you excited?

4:06- I can't really communicate with her so I am just saying ABCs (LOL!); when the director was asking how he was doing talking to her, LMH said that the communication with the actress is going well and since he could speak some english (he's being sarcastic here) he is just singing the ABCs and is having fun.

As soon as GHS walked in, she was making that rabbit sign I think, at 4:25-

LMH- noona, it's been a long time, I've missed you (he is speaking formally to her)

4:36- he is talking about the Macau scene, how it was after a period of time that him and JD met and then LMH was describing the scene. by acting it out

6:12- GHS saying the common phrases (I'm assuming during filming)- "I'm hungry" "I'm tired" "it's hard", (can't hear?) "rice rice"

8:00 onwards- KHJ doing the fight scene and I am assuming the director/photographer showing him techniques of how to throw punches so it comes out well on film

0- 59- KB doing the action scenes and him saying that because he has filmed some that the action scenes are ok for him (summary)

I think that the action scene got out of hand and the other stunt actor might have gotten hurt

2:44 - describing the scene where JH was panhandling because they had no money and him singing (gahhhhh my all time favorite songs no less)- he talked about singing in the public in that type of forum and how he had always wanted to sing in such a setting and glad he had the chance to do so. He mentioned how he felt obligated to sing continuously since people were giving money

4:30 onwards- GHS getting a first hand experience of filming (great practice no doubt!) She is talking about filming and how everything has to jive during filming. Then her walking off stating that she is a busy person and that she has to film a scene

6:00- I think KHJ is playing different chords and GHS is trying to match which it is, as in: is it C minor, etc etc


5:15- I have no idea what question was asked but KHJ said: I don't know what she (GHS) is doing, I guess she is flming? Right now she took my work (him singing for money) and is repaying me back (related to the scene)

She also described the types of proposals that she wants to have/receive:
1. sitting on a gondola and singing
2. singing in an alley and playing the guitar

( she is learning the types of proposals that she is learning about. She said that if she received such a proposal, she wouldn't know what to do since she would be so embarrased)

Sisters, The way Minho said those words to Hyesun was not CASUAL at all... There was so much tenderness in his stare and his eyes when he said it that words are not necessary to convey what he feels at that moment...

This is not how you say I MISS YOU to a friend... none of the joking tone nor a friendly laugh that normally accompanies statements like this... Minho was DEAD SERIOUS...

Even his reaction afterwards was so different... he would have laughed it off if he was joking or if he meant it casually but the shy smile he gave was so real and so painfully endearing that my MinSun heart literally did a backflip...

Look at their facial expressions and the way minho stares at Hyesun... It says everything there is to be said.

If i were in Hyesun's shoes, i would have melted...

Hyesun on the other hand seemed to be so surprised at Minho's words that she had to cover her face but i bet there's a smile hidden somewhere behind those hands... hahaha! LOL

The way she stared back at him is also very telling...

Minho seemed to be so painfully shy afterwards, probably wondering how he could have blurted out his feelings in front of the camera... hahaha!

They must not have seen each other a long time prior to this taping that's why he can't stop himself from saying what he is feeling... hehehe!
