Kim Bum : Sheds Pretty Boy Image

In SBS Drama “Dream”, Kim Bum was transformed into a rough and tough guy.

He plays a pickpocket who spent time in a juvenile correctional facility and now practices mixed martial arts. The first episode of the drama was aired on 27th July.

According to officials, “Kim Bum has put in alot of effort to portray a rugged look for his role. Due to diet, filming more than 3 hours per day and training, he has lost 6 kg in a month.”

In KBS Drama Boys Over Flowers, his character as a playboy has led to an increase in his popularity once it aired. This time, Kim Bum will experience a total chnage in appearance, style, mood, personality and tone of voice. Viewers will get to see a complete transformation of Kim Bum, as he takes on a manly image.

Boys Over Flowers : Top Searched Keywords by Young People in their 20's

For the young people in their 20s, the top searched keywords for the year 2009 is ‘Boys Over Flowers’.

Coming 28th August will be the 3rd ‘Mnet 20’s Choice’, and it has been known the top searched keywords amongst the 20s is ‘Boys Over Flowers’, followed by ‘girl group generation’ at #2, and then ‘Kim YunA syndrome’ at #3.

A survey was done in June-July amongst 300 young people in their 20s online, another 200 offline and 40 trend leader groups.

Other hot keywords for this year for fashion are ‘bling bling’, ‘vivid’, ‘wavy perms’, and for societal issues, the top searched are ‘Michael Jaskon’, ‘Cho Shik Nam’, and ‘Youth unemployment’.

Other top searched for stars in yaer 2009 are 2PM, 2NE1, So Nyeo Shi Dae, TaeBongie (a role played by Yoon SangHyun), Park BoYoung, Lee Seung Gi etc.

KBS 2TV 월화 드라마 <꽃보다 남자>(극본 윤지련ㆍ연출 전기상)의 촬영장에는 언제나 팬들로 넘쳐난다. 최근 경기도 일산의 한 카페에서 '금잔디' 구혜선을 만나던 날에도 팬들의 함성은 끊이지 않았다. 중ㆍ고등학생 팬들은 "언니 너무 예뻐요!"를 연발하며 카페 창 밖에 줄을 섰다.

구혜선은 "항상 감사하죠. (손을 들어 보이며)저 분들 덕에 <꽃보다 남자>가 잘되고 있는 거 같아요"라며 밝게 웃어 보였다. 구혜선은 인터뷰 도중 느닷없이 종이를 들이밀며 사인을 요구한 중년의 남성에게도 "감사합니다"며 눈웃음을 지었다. 일주일 밤샘 촬영에도 구혜선을 웃게 만드는 그 힘은 무엇일까?
Goo Hye Sun: I am always thankful to all the fans. Because of those fans, BOF is doing so well. Even during the interview, she thankfully signed for a middle aged male fan. So, where does GHS gets her energy to tolerate multiple sleepless nights?

에너지1: '꽃남'은 나의 힘 =Energy 1: BOF is my strength

구 혜선은 <꽃보다 남자>에 금잔디로 캐스팅 된 후 궁합부터 봤다. 그 궁합의 대상은 바로 'F4' 이민호 김현중 김범 김준이다. 구혜선은 친구들과 함께 네 사람과의 궁합을 보고 더욱 흡족했다. 네 명과의 궁합도가 모두 좋았기 때문이다. Right after GHS was confirmed for the role of Geum Jandi, she went to have her read by a fortuneteller. (Goonghap, as told by a fortuneteller, predicts how harmonious the relationship will be between the couple.) GHS wanted to know how harmonious she will be with her cowokers (subjects of her goonghap are Lee Min Ho, Kim Hyun Joong, Kim Bum, and Kim Joon.). She went to the Goonghap with her friends and received reports of very good levels of harmony with all her four coworkers to be.

"궁합을 봐주신 분이 네 명과의 궁합이 좋아서 잘 안될 수가 없다고 하셨어요. 내심 '드라마가 잘 될까?'를 걱정했었는데 그 말을 듣고 모두 털어버렸죠. 지금 생각하면 그 분이 잘 봐주시는 거 같아요. 제가 몇 번 소문을 냈는데 그 집이 요새 '대박'이 났다네요. 하하"
GHS was nervous and worried about how well the drama BOF will do. Since the goonghap with F4 is so good, the fortuneteller insisted that the drama will only be a big success. She felt so relieved. Looking back, GHS believes that the fortuneteller was very talented. GHS spread the word about that particular fortuneteller and now the person is making fortune as well!

이 민호와 가장 촬영 신이 많기 때문에 스스럼없이 장난을 칠 정도로 가까워졌다. 구혜선은 이민호를 '쾌활하면서도 섬세한 남자'로 꼽는다. 구혜선은 이민호가 장난스런 말투를 보이면서도 '누나'의 기분을 배려할 줄 아는 동생이라고 칭찬한다.
Because she has most scenes with Lee Min Ho, she has become very close to him without reservation. She says of LMH: he is very lively and yet delicate and subtle. He may speak down to her to fool around, but he is a dongsang who knows how to be so very considerate of her feelings.

" (이)민호하고 이제 호흡이 척척 맞아요. 그래서 편한 동생이죠. 김현중은 너무 매너가 좋아서 가끔 놀랄 때가 있어요. 저보다 어리지만 더 어른스럽다고 해야 할 정도죠. 김범은 의젓해요. 제가 감정을 잡고 다음 촬영을 준비하고 있으면 '조용히 해주세요'라며 대기실을 환기시키죠. 김준과는 동갑이어서 말이 잘 통하는 편이고요."
Minho and I get along so well that he has become a very comfortable dongsang to me now. Kim Hyun Joong has such good manners that, at times, I am surprised by him. Even though he is younger than I am, he feels much older and mature. Kim Bum is dignified and imposing. When I try to get hold of my emotions to get ready for the next scene, he would tell others in the waiting area to be quiet and, people listen to his words. Because Kim Joon and I are of same age, I communicate fine with him.

구혜선은 연일 계속되는 밤샘 촬영으로 비몽사몽일 때가 더 많다. 그래도 촬영장에 오면 힘이 나는 건 'F4'들 덕이다. 구혜선은 극중에서 넘어지기는 일쑤고, 밀가루를 뒤집어 쓰는가 하면 혹한에 눈밭에 쓰러지는 등 온갖 '몸 연기'를 펼치고 있다.
Due to the never ending, strenuous, day and night filming of BOF, GHS is often in a state of half sleep-and half-awake. However, at the work site, she feels energized by F4. During the filming, she falls down a lot even on top of snow and gets dumped on by sacks of flour.

"제가 몸으로 힘든 연기를 하고 있지만 드라마 반응이 너무 좋아서 다음날이면 괜찮아지더라고요. 그래서 'F4'에게도 말했죠. '누나는 고생할 테니, 니들은 멋있는 거 더 해라'고요. 저보다 'F4'가 더 멋있게 나와야 드라마가 살지 않겠어요. 호호"
Even though it is hard on my body, the reaction of the viewers are so good that I feel fine the next day. So I tell the F4: “Noona is OK with all these physical hardship, you all just go on looking and acting more and more charming. F4 must be more attractive and charming than I am so that the drama will continue to be successful. hohoho”

에너지2: '서민'은 내 체질=Energy 2: being a commoner is my nature

구혜선은 얼마전 전북 무주의 스키장 촬영을 다녀왔다. 또한 극중 친구로 출연하는 신예 김소은과 네일아트를 받기 위해 숍을 찾았다. 구혜선은 생전 처음으로 스키장에서 스키도 타보고, 손톱 손질도 받아봤다고 자랑했다.
GHS says she really is a commoner because she has never skied nor ever had her nail art done before she got the role in BOF.

"< 꽃보다 남자>는 최고의 재벌가 자제들이 주인공이다 보니 제가 혜택을 받는 게 많아요. 스키장을 태어나서 처음으로 가봤어요. (눈이 커지며)민호가 스키 타는 걸 가르쳐주긴 했는데 의아해하더라고요. (손등을 펴보이며)네일아트도 너무 예쁘게 되지 않았어요? 저는 진짜 처음 받아보는 거라 신기한 거 있죠?"
Because the story of BOF is about the fantastically wealthy boys, GHS acknowledges the benefits to herself. It was the first time since she was born that she went to ski. Her eyes widening, she said, although Minho tried to teach me how to ski, it felt doubtful. Showing nails, she admired how pretty the nail art looked. It is my first time so it looks strange yet marvelous.

구혜 선은 핼쓱해져가는 'F4'에 비해 살이 하나도 빠지지 않았다. <꽃보다 남자>는 생방송이라고 할 만큼 일주일에 2회 분량을 촬영하느라 잠을 자거나 집에 들어갈 시간도 모자라다.
Even though F4 are losing weight, GHS has not lost any weight. BOF must film 2 episodes worth every week. Often, there is no time to sleep or even go home to rest.

그래도 구혜선이 버틸 수 있는 건 밥을 잘 챙겨먹기 때문이다. 편식을 하지 않는 편이라 무엇이든 맛있게 잘 먹는다.
GHS has been able to tolerate the stress by eating well. She eats her meals regularly and enjoys her meals.

"사실 연예인들은 촬영 때문에 밥을 거르거나 김밥으로 끼니를 해결할 때가 많아요. 저도 주로 간단하게 끼니를 해결할 수 있는 김밥을 먹곤 하죠. 하지만 간혹 민호가 사주는 맛있는 밥에 기운이 솟을 때가 있어요. 제가 넘어지고 쓰러지고 하는게 안됐는지 가끔 'F4'가 만찬을 대접하곤 해요."
Actors may skip their meals or just eat a roll of kimbap (Korean style sea weed roll) under the stress of filming. I may do that too. Occasionally Minho would buy me delicious food and I would get a burst of energy. F4 must feel rally sorry for me because I have to fall and get hurt a lot. So, they often treat me to dinners. (lucky GHS!)

구혜선은 이날 비로 인해 촬영이 지연되자 막간을 이용해 타로카드 점괘를 봤다. 그는 현재 마음속으로 좋아하는 사람이 있어 사랑이 이뤄질 수 있는지를 물었다.
Because of the rain today, BOF filming was temporarily postponed. Using that intermission, GHS visited a Tarot Card Specialist. to get a reading. She wanted to find out if her unrequited love can ever turn into mutual love.

"타로카드를 보니 제가 짝사랑하는 그분이 저와 마찬가지로 저에게 호감이 있다고 해요. 그래서 두 사람이 서로 눈치만 보고 고백하지 못하는 경우라는 점괘가 나왔어요. 좋아하고 마음에 둔 사람이 따로 있는데 열애설이 났으니…올해 연인이 생긴다고 하니 너무 기분이 좋더라고요."
She was told that the man she likes also has feelings for her. However, neither she nor he has professed true feelings to each other. She was very happy getting the love report by the Tarot specialist who told her that she s going to have a boyfriend/sweetheart this year.

Kim Bum & Kim So Eun were voted as ‘The Most Matching Star Couple’ by the overseas audiences

Arirang TV ‘Showbiz Extra’ carried out this overseas audience survey in the midst of celebrating it 1,000 episodes on the 22 July. According to the survey, Kim Bum and Kim So Eun ranked the first place in ‘The Most Matching Star Couple’. The survey targeted more than 3,000 spectators from more than 60 countries. Including countries like Philippines, Vietnam and Singapore.

Coming in the second place was Rain and Song Hye Gyo in Korean TV drama ‘Full House’. The third couple was the Lee Min Ho and Goo Hye Sun in Korean TV drama ‘Boys Before Flowers’.

On the other hand, Hero from DBSK was voted and ranked in the first place in the survey ‘The Most Wanted Star To Go On A Date With’. Beginning of this year, Hero was being voted as ‘The Asia’s Top Ten Handsome Man’ by the one the China satellite TV station. Following by are Lee Min Ho, Kim Hyun Joong and Kim Bum who are ranked No 2, 3 and 4 respectively in the survey.

Kim Hyun Joong ran away from home in secondary school days

He made a living by carried bricks, delivered fried chicken during his 2nd year in secondary school. For 5 years, he has been thrifty and saved up about 1 billion won. With a good business mind, he used the money that he had saved to open a fried chicken store with his childhood playmates in Seoul.

Korean handsome star Won Bin and Yoon Sang Hyun always been mistaken that they came from a wealthy family. In fact, they are both from hard working family before they debut, Kim Hyun Joong is one of them.

When Kim Hyun Joong was in secondary school, he dislike studying but love playing music. Because of this he quarreled with his parents and ran away from home for six months. During these six months, he idled around on the street.

There was time when he felt so hungry that he went to the noodle shop and ate without paying. There was also time when he got drunk and got beaten badly by the gangsters. He slept in an empty house and almost got hit by stones. Being through all these hardships, he decided to save up money and do something great.

Kim Hyun Joong said: “During that time, I carried bricks, delivered fried chicken and work as a waiter in the restaurant. I accepted any job as long as I can earn money from it. After which I managed to save up to 1 billion won and I felt a great sense of accomplishment.”

He started a fried chicken store using the money he has saved up. He even wrote in his promotion leaflets saying: ‘I would be your son if the chickens don’t taste good’. And right now he became the spokesperson of the Korean Hotsun fried chicken.

KHJ : SS501 1st August Seoul Concert Tickets Sold Out in 30 Minutes

(Translated from SPN) Boy group, SS501, Seoul concert tickets for 1st August went sold out in only 30 minutes time after official release.

SS501 will be holding their concerts titled ”THE 1st ASIA TOUR CONCERT PERSONA” on the coming 1st and 2nd August at Seoul Olympics Park Gymnastics Stadium.

According to the official from the concert producer (Mace Entertainment), “The ticketing site has received tremendous increasingly traffic volume during the tickets sale release that it caused some congestions. Even now we have closed the ticketing site, we still received enquiries on the purchase of concert tickets.”

Upon hearing the great response for their concert, SS501 said, “We are very touched that many fans showed us support for our 1st Asia Tour Concert at Seoul. We expressed our thankfulness and will practise hard to bring on a great concert performance to everyone.”

After performing their 5 new songs at the Seoul concert, SS501 will release their 2nd regular album on mid of August 2009 that will also include the 5 new songs.

Currently, the group management is putting a high security to their new songs and (or) their concert practice to prevent any leakages’ action.

The asia concert tour will be held for the first time since the debut of the SS501. Fans will be situated close to the stage allowing them to see SS501 clearer.

Kim Bum : DREAM 1st Episode is out

The awaiting Kim Bum first TV drama since Boys Before Flower is out (actually already out in 27th July ^^).

But for those of you who have not check it out (like me ^^), here is a video of episode 1 w/o english subtitles.

Dream Episode 1 – Part 1





Dream’s first episode rating is not what it seems to be.

The first episode gained 6.3% (5.4% in Seoul) in ratings and was lower than the previous drama aired before the series, Ja Myung Go (8%).

For the second episode, the ratings was lower by 0.8% to 5.5% from the first episode.

The same faith fell for his ‘SoEul Mates’, Kim So Eun with her TV drama The Man Who Can’t Get Married. But at least the drama gained a 6.8% (8% in Seoul) in ratings.

Hopefully, Dream could gain more ratings for the next episodes as the story gets interesting.

This interview was aired on OBS TV last February and I omitted some parts of the interview that we've seen before among the 18 minute version of the video clip. If you watch the video clip or read this translation, you can see that the interviewer, Yoon PD, has slightly bewildered LMH with straight talk. But LMH answered kindly and honestly until the very end. If it's your first time knowing the content, you would be enchanted by his honesty once more.^^

Q: What appearance do you think appealed at the time of the casting?
LMH: At first, I didn't laugh out loud or anything like that. Second time, I think I showed them more of my real self and also more of the brighter side too.

Q: Do you think the perm made you more appealing?
LMH: I think it was influential. After I got the perm done, the director and other people told me that the look went well with me.

Q: It's been known that you have many friends?
LMH: I like hanging around with people. I like playing around. I have a few close friends.

Q: Do you like taking photos?
LMH: I like taking photos on my own and taking them with my close friends.

Q: What is the background on your mobile?
LMH: Its just a mickey mouse picture. No special name. Maybe a bit wicked mickey mouse. I made it my background because I like the slight double image.

Q: Who is your shortcut key #1?
LMH: I didn't have that done.

Q: You're well-intentioned competitors with Jung Il-woo?
LMH: Luckily, the dramas were aired on different days so there weren't any direct competition. I was a bit worried at first. I was worried that if we were put on the same hour, while acting cool on the outside, I worried that I'd might feel some sort of competitive spirit but luckily, we're airing on different days.

Q: What does the F4 usually do for fun?
LMH: All of us are competitive but Jun always wins after saying that he doesn't know how to.

Q: Have you guys been to a night club? It'd be crazy if you guys booked..
LMH: You think we could go?

Q: The club would go crazy ^^
LMH: I don't think we could, with everyone recognizing us.

Q: Is the scandal with Kang Min-kyung true?
LMH: She's a kid sister that I've known since I was 20-years old... We had a scandal at the time of her debut... I think it was just brought up again this time around...

Q: What is your relationship with Park Bo-young?
LMH: She's another kid sister that I've started my debut project with... I've completed 3 projects with her and she's like a sister that I adore.

Q: When was your first love?
LMH: When I was 20 years old.

Q: It sounds like Min-kyung?
LMH: No. When I had a girlfriend, Min-kyung used to meet with us as well.

Q: Why did you break up?
LMH: After about a year... there were a few problems that occurred

Q: Because of the accident?
LMH: It was about that time. The scars of first love was then as well.
I wasn't able to move and unable to see the person that I missed...

Q: Have you guys contacted each other after your recent popularity?
LMH: Yes. After that, we've remained as good friends in contact.

LMH: But I wasn't able to see her as much as my other friends.

LMH: Still 9 years ahead ^^ I think 32 would be appropriate after workings hard and making lots of money for the 9 years. But then I don't know.

Q: Children?
LMH: I haven't thought about children.

Q: With the current popularity, I think marriage at 42 would be difficult. You're not simple-minded with points like married women should always make breakfast?
LMH: No, I'm not that simple-minded.

Q: However, that is a real problem when it comes to marriage.
LMH: My mom is a very good cook so it worries me that the food my wife makes should be good. But since marriage is still a far away...

LMH: I try hard to act with the most honest eye expressions and actions.

Q: You're very honest. I wonder how your parents raised you so well. Were there any objections from the parents in becoming an actor?
LMH: No there wasn't... They rather supported me and told me to work hard in what I pursued.

Lee Min Jung : In A Bikini..

You know that the summer season is upon us, when female celebrities start posting pictures of themselves in a bikini on their minihompies. We have seen pictures of Sori in a bikini earlier on, and Boys Before Flowers alumni, Lee Min Jung is the latest to get on the act.

Lee Min Jung uploaded photos of herself in a bikini onto her Cyworld while she was in Bail Island recently for a photoshoot. And fans who viewed the photos said afterwards that they were particularly envious of her good body figure.

Lee Min Jung said happily about her trip and her bikini photos, "It's like a paradise over there (Bali). It felt really great, lying on the beach chair, enjoying the warmth of the sun and the cool breeze. I was worried initially about posting the bikini photos, for fear of creating a big reaction. But thinking again, I already wore a bikini in Boys Before Flowers before, so what should I be afraid of... haha."

KHJ : SS501 to work with Justin Timberlake & Usher Choreographer

SS501 to Work With Justin Timberlake’s & Usher Choreographer

5-member male group SS501 will be working with the choreographer of famous pop singers Justin Timberlake and Usher.

According to a representative from DSP media agency on 30th July, “SS501 will have solo performances as well as sing new songs from their latest album during the concert.” He added, “World leading choreographer has helped us with choreographing the dances for SS501 according to the new songs.”

AJ has also been visiting SS501’s concert rehearsals and practice room, to give them guidance and advice. AJ is famous for being Michael Jackson’s dance teacher and has other talented students under his belt, including Fatima Robbins, Usher and Justin Timberlake.

AJ said, “I have seen SS501’s abilities and skills through their videos. I hope that I will be able to help them while I’m in Korea.”

Meanwhile, SS501’s Asia “Persona” concert Tour will be held from 1st-2nd August at the Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium in Seoul. Their new album will be released in mid-August.

KHS : To Debut as a SINGER

Multitalented actress, writer, artist and director, GOO HYE SUN, is preparing to debut an album! It was only recently announced that she will be endorsing for Doutor Coffee Company . Actually, it was only recently when all of her projects started emerging. 2009 has got to be her year, having her kick off in all directions of the industry.

Goo Hye Sun had been preparing for her album for a while, where the album was intended to come out a few months ago. But with so much going on, from her book Tango to having an art exhibition, it had to be pushed back. She will be receiving help from 1tym members Oh Jin Hwan and Song Baek Kyung and even Tablo for her upcoming album.

Goo Hye Sun never fails to amaze us. She clearly stands out from other artists. Many artists nowadays go for some type of look to sell and market themselves, whether it's looking cute, sexy, or seductive. Goo Hye Sun strays away from all of that and is actually able to show talent with what she does. I'm not gonna deny that she gained most of the fame through Boys Over Flowers but without her own abilities, she wouldn't be at this level.

Good thing the trio girl group with Park Bom and Sandara Park didn't happen (LOLZ) :D. Goo Hye Sun's solo album is supposed to drop in the fall (September or October).

(Like meow, I can't help but also insert my personal thoughts about MH and KJ's candid answers.)

Q: What is the thing that recently bought you like most?
MH: That would be the shoes that I bought recently.
(Meow: I wonder if that is those colorful sneakers I really like that pair of shoes.)

(I agree with Meow. I think he refers to the green, yellow and lavander sneakers he used during & after his fan meeting in Changwon/Gwangzu.)

KJ: Nothing special that I can think of. I remember I bought pesticide recently.

(Perhaps, KJ is not really into shopping unlike MH. Hmm, reminds me of their Haptic mission "shopping" pictorial. )

MH: Pesticide? There is more mosquito around as summer comes.

Nothing special apart from that. (MH can't help but react to KJ's answer.)

Q: What is the thing that recently bought you regret most?
MH: It's the mp3 I bought. The mp3 was broken down in a week.
It's troublesome to take it for repair so I just leave it there. I'm a bit regretful about that.

(That's too bad. He should have returned it back to the store but it could have created a stir though.)

KJ: Banana...I bought a lot as I feel like eating bananas.
But they are perishable and end up I throw away more than i have eaten.

(Again, KJ seems to prefer to go to grocery store and the like instead of a shopping mall.)

Q: What's the incident that you were angry about?
MH: About my car.
One time I drove and the car broke down in the middle of the road suddenly.
(I hope he's not talking about his Cadillac Escallade.)

KJ: If I could not do my acting properly or not satisfied with my performance,

I would have a temper. (KJ takes his craft seriously but hope he controls his temper.)

Q: Whose song you would pick at karaoke?
MH: I usually sing ballad. Since I have released an album, recently I sing a lot my own songs.

(Yeah! MH: the balladeer. He sings from the heart. Love his song from the F4 Special album -- My Everything)

Q: Can you sing it live?
MH: No, I can't. Singing live is a bit... I need a microphone with high level of echo.

(I hope his singing lessons will boost his confidence when it comes to singing. He did quite well when he sang 2x at the Minoz Happy Day.)

KJ: I love the song "非愛" by DJ DOC

(Meow: Sorry, I donno the song, so I can't translate the name)
(Same here. I'm not familiar with the song.)

Q: What is your mobile ringtone?
MH: I use the song from OST of Howl's "Moving Castle", a Japanese animation movie.
The music let me drown in imagination.

(Is it the same Howl which sang also "Love You" for the BOF OST 2?)

KJ: I use the most typlical/traditional ringtone.

(I thought he would choose a song from their T-Max album or perhaps his latest single.)

Q: What kind of animal could describe youself?
MH: Korean fans said I was like doggie.

(Aww.. Must love dogs! MH as a doggie? Could it be because he's loyal and adorable?)

KJ: Personally I like tiger. (Could it be because of his temper?)

Q: What do you think a cute girl act like?

MH: It's hard to explain. I think everyone is different, showing the uniqueness of one self like a
habit or a little gesture, it's very cute & charming sometimes.

(I love his answer. Reminds me of GHS's playful gestures in the BOF BTS. Could he be referring to her? GHS is surely a one unique, cute and charming lady.)

KJ: It's not something intentional. It's some non-impulsive act or response that I found it cute.

(I'm still clueless about KJ's ideal girl. I wanna see him being featured now in the current MNET Scandal weeklong episode with a nonshowbiz girl.)

Q: What is the NG king among Koo Hyesun and the other F3?
What situation makes you NG most?
MH: No one in particular got NG most.
Most of NG situation was that when everyone burst into laughter.

(I would say I love all the funny NGs between Jun Pyo and Jan Di. I thinks the kissing scenes have a lot of NGs.)

KJ: Exactly.

(I can't remember any NG from Woo Bin except for the F4 NG in the Jeju island scene when they were being blown away by the strong winds.)

Q: What do you want to do if you become a girl for one day?
MH: Shopping. I'm interested in fashion and I want to see how good is my mix & match
technique.

(MH is very consistent..He loves shopping. I'd rather say mix and mis-match fashion since he's into wearing a wrong-buttoned top these days.)

KJ: There are a lot of female-only areas/ places that I want to go and take a look at.

Q: If you are a girl, who will you choose as a date among F4 and why?
MH: As Kim Jun is sitting next to me laughing, I would choose Kim Jun as first preference
but I don't think it would last for long. Next I would choose Kim Hyun Joong and then
Kim Bum. It's difficult to choose one.

F4 gathering, Friendship is as Strong as Ever

Lee Minho, Kim Bum and Kim Joon will go to concert venue to congratulate SS501 Asia Tour .

F4 will gather in one place.

F4 members Lee MinHo, Kim Bum & Kim Joon, will attend ‘SS501 1st ASIA TOUR PERSONA IN SEOUL’ to be held on 1~2 Aug at Seoul Bangee-dong Olympic Park Gymnasium Stadium. These guys acted with SS501 member Kim HyunJoong in KBS 2TV drama ‘Boys Over Flowers’ as ‘F4’, forming bonds with each other and thus would be going for his concert.

SS501’s company DSP Entertainment representative said “After the drama ended, F4’s friendship is still as strong as ever. Lee MinHo, KimJoon, etc, readily agreed to attend the concert to congratulate SS501’s first Asia Tour. Kim Bum who is currently busy with drama ‘Dream’, especially tuned his schedules so that he will be able to attend.”

F4 members voluntarily attended each others’ events and their‘exchange of work’ friendship has been extending. This gathering is 4 months after Kim Bum’s birthday party cum fan meeting last April. At Lee MinHo’s fan meeting in June, Kim Bum couldn’t attend due to drama filming.

SS501 are practicing hard in order to show a brilliant performance for their first concert of the 1st Asia Tour. They are currently having their pre-concert rehearsal at Jangchung-dong Jangchung Gymnasium Hall where a similar stage of the actual stage has been set up. They will release 5 songs from their upcoming 2nd album, to be released in mid-Aug, during this Seoul concert. With the start of their Asia Tour in Seoul, they will continue with Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, HongKong, Taiwan, etc.

Person You Want To Date Most (Arirang Showbiz Extra Survey)

, surn a vote for the “Person You Want To Date The Most” amongst foreigners, Arirang TV, Entertainment Showbiz Extra, which airs in Korea as well as 188 countries around the world, set up a special poll and TVXQ’s Hero Jaejoong got the highest number of votes.

In the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, America and over 60 other countries, more than 3,000 people was questioned for the poll, and Jaejoong got #1 for the “Person You Want To Date The Most” by garnering 24.7% of the votes.

Previously, on a show in China, Hero Jaejoong was selected #1 for the category of “Asia’s Most Beautiful Men” and on a music program in Japan, he was #3 for “Male singer you want as a lover”. These are enough to prove Jaejoong’s status in Asia.

When asked the question, “If you could, which star would you date?”, the popularity of the TVXQ members and the cast of the TV drama “Boys Over Flowers”, cannot be ignored.
